The papers include the records of various political activities and associations of Holmstrom. Also included are various leftist publications, records from the Boston chapter of the Mass Party Organizing Committee (later the National Interim Committee for a Mass Party of the People, and papers concerning the Coalition for Peoples Alternative (held in Bronx, New York in 1980 at the time of the Democratic National Convention). Also includes material collected by Bonnie Shepard.
